Gurj leads our Healthcare and Life Sciences Transaction Services practice in the UK, focused on financial due diligence and synergies. He has extensive experience in advising public and private corporations on both the buy and sell side, across a range of services including due diligence, bid services (takeover, reverse takeover, and merger and defence of public companies) and synergy assessments.
Within Healthcare and Life Sciences he has wide ranging experience within the key sub-sectors including specialty pharma, generics, pharma services (CDMO’s, CRO’s, CMO’s), medical devices and technology, tools and diagnostics, healthcare technology, and consumer healthcare/OTC.
