Eoin draws on over 10 years of technology diligence, consulting, and compliance experience to support businesses across their compliance journeys and deal lifecycle, through acquisitions, IPO’s and disposals. Eoin has worked with a variety of corporates and private equity companies and uses his experience to de-risk transitions and provide insights into areas of value enhancement and opportunities.
Eoin now leads our Strategy Group’s Governance, Risk and Controls proposition in the UK, working with companies preparing for and going through a transaction to embed robust processes and governance structures throughout the business to maximise efficiency and ensure compliance with emerging mandatory regulatory requirements.
