Edward has over 15 years’ experience in advising on Reward and People Tax related matters. He specialises in management taxes and equity based arrangements, with extensive experience of advising on the design, implementation and operation of long term equity based incentive arrangements for both management teams and wider employee populations in the UK and overseas.
Edward regularly advises investors, companies and management teams on the tax structuring of MIP and management rollover arrangements as part of transactions. His experience helps clients manage these issues in a time pressured and fast moving environment.
Prior to joining KPMG, Edward spent five years as a solicitor advising on employee incentive and corporate M&A for a range of UK and international clients.
