Dion leads our SAP HCM / SuccessFactors practice. He has over 20 years experience delivering HR Technology programmes for clients across the world. Dion is a global leader in architecting and solution advisory and works with his clients to leverage the best of their SAP HCM Solutions to improve employee experience, automate processes and simplify the technology stack.
Dion led the SuccessFactors implementations at Currys, Walgreens, BT, Glanbia and many more clients – a total of 100+ SAP Implementations. He has worked with the with many clients for many years after their go-live supporting key client leadership with Application Management, Enhancement and guidance. Building long term trusted partnerships. His programmes are market leading, and he has won several SAP awards including ‘Project of the Year’.
Dion leads KPMGs SAP Intelligent Workforce Practice - SuccessFactors, Concur and Fieldglass practices for UK/I. As a practice lead Dion is responsible for our SAP HR practitioners, delivery successes and innovations through Leonardo, Machine Learning, AI and predicative Analytics.
Dion has a particular passion for employee experience, particularly in client landscapes which have multiple technologies to deliver a service to the business
