Debbie is a Partner in KPMG UK’s transfer pricing team. Debbie has 35 years of experience in transfer pricing. Initially, Debbie worked at Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for ten years, the last six of which were with their International Division, before moving to KPMG. Debbie has been a transfer pricing partner at KPMG for the last 23 years. She currently leads the national Transfer Pricing specialist team which provides transfer pricing assistance on our audit of statutory accounts.
Debbie has wide experience of working within on in-bound and out-bound Large Corporates clients as well as mid-market and non-banking Financial Services clients.
Debbie has significant experience in successfully delivering robust, practical solutions for clients and is equally comfortable discussing solutions with fellow tax professionals or non-tax specialists.
Debbie is considered to be one of the go to technical experts within the transfer pricing group and has a wide understanding of adjacent issues such as permanent establishments, withholding taxes, double taxation.
