Laura is a Partner in KPMG Law’s International Business Reorganisations team focused on planning, designing and implementing complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Laura has over 17 years of experience in advising on global reorganisations projects and subsidiary governance and recently joined the KPMG Law team from Baker McKenzie.
Her recent work includes:
- Leading a multi-jurisdictional legal entity rationalisation project for a major technology client.
- Leading a complex post-acquisition integration and intra-group debt reorganisation.
Laura was recognised as a Rising Star for International Business Reorganisations by Legal 500 2023.
