Sara Ellison is a Director in KPMG’s Private Equity Value Creation team, acting as a senior coverage and relationship lead for private equity clients.
She works closely with private equity owners and portfolio leadership teams to align KPMG’s capabilities to client priorities, helping firms mobilise the right expertise at pace across the transaction to transformation lifecycle. Sara focuses on ensuring that complex client needs are met with integrated, outcome driven solutions, delivered at deal speed and aligned to the value creation agenda.
Sara primarily supports large cap private equity firms in the UK and across Europe, partnering with investment, value creation and operating teams to navigate transformation priorities from pre deal through to post acquisition execution.
Alongside her client role, Sara is a strong advocate for inclusion and diversity. She is an active mentor within KPMG’s Black Heritage Allyship programme and co chairs KPMG’s Women in Private Equity network, focused on building community, sharing knowledge and supporting the progression of women across the private equity ecosystem.
