He has been involved in more than 300 transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, disinvestments, cross-border acquisitions, financing by large institutions and private equity investments across various sub-sectors in the financial services industry.
He has also done significant work in the restructuring space including handling the administration of Lehman Brothers entities in India. Sanjay has significant experience of advising Banks and Corporates and also has been an advisor to ARC transactiosn in India.
