Margaret is a Director who specialises in supporting Higher Education clients plan and manage major transformation, technology-enabled change. She has particular experience in Professional Services Operating Model design, ERP and SRS Replacement Programmes, new online academic programme launches and branch campus set up . She has over 15 years’ experience of working for and with Universities in the US, UK and Middle East, 11 of which have been in consulting roles.
