Kay heads up the Transaction Services Team in the South West and the UK Transaction Services Technology team, with over 16 years of experience of transaction related work. This includes buy and sell side due diligence both in the UK and cross- border, as well as IPOs and capital markets transactions.
Corporate clients have included IBM, Sophos, Fourth, Open GI, Misys, ARM, IT Lab, Interoute, Ruag, Redde plc, Rotork plc, Bandvulc, Gouch & Housego, Cablecom, MM Teleperformance and Idverde.
Private equity clients have included LDC, ECI, Living Bridge, Carlyle Technology, Riverside and Dunedin.
Recent deal experience includes LDC’s exit of Minstry of Cake, Ruag’s acquisition of Clearswift, the sale of IT Labs to ECI, Synova’s investment in Vistair and the IPO of Creo Medical plc.
