Holly Davis jointly leads the Commercial Advisory & Assurance team within Major Projects Advisory. Holly’s team is experienced in providing clarity to SROs, Boards, Risk and Audit Committees and Executives on the performance of their projects and programs, offering unique insights into ‘what good looks like’, supporting capability improvement and the achievement of better outcomes. The Commercial Advisory & Assurance team work across all sectors, specialising in helping clients deliver their projects on time and on budget.
Holly has over 17 years of experience delivering complex major programmes in the public and private sector, in the UK and internationally. She is highly-experienced in leading large, diverse and multi-disciplinary teams to success. She is a regular industry speaker and published thought leader, and is lead author for Major Project Advisory’s quarterly ‘Infrastructure Insights’ publications.
