Sandra's role includes tax advisory and compliance, with particular expertise in relation to the structuring of groups, the formation of joint ventures and subsidiary companies, international activity and new entities within the public sector. Sandra’s clients include Universities, Housing Associations, National Health Trusts, Local and Central Government organisations and private sector clients entering into ventures/contracts with these organisations.
Sandra serves as lead partner on over 50 Universities, Housing Association and NHS organisations; these organisations range from £100 million - £1.2 billion turnover.
