Paula Claisse

Paula, a corporate tax partner based in our KPMG South Coast Office, leads KPMG’s South Coast tax services. As Head of Retail for the South she works with many retailers and has extensive experience of working with owner managed, PE backed and listed businesses. Paula trained in audit with PwC and then became Director, editor and National Head of Tax for ATC Limited. Following a secondment to KPMG’s M&A tax team in London, Paula has worked on many transactions providing due diligence, structuring and IP support. She most enjoys supporting businesses through their growth cycles. She is passionate about Corporate Responsibility and is a non-executive director for Mayflower Theatre, Southampton, one of the country’s leading regional theatres.
