Marie has led the design and setup of multi-function Shared Service centres and outsourced arrangements across Asia, Pac, USA and ANZ for global clients, including Telstra, Optus, Westpac, NAB, McDonald’s, Fonterra, Woodside Petroleum and Macquarie Group.
Marie also has experience running complex Business Process Outsourcing market engagement exercises and defining operating model and service delivery models across a range of front, middle and back-office functions including Customer, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technology, HR, Risk and Legal.
