Chris is the Head of Global Mobility Services (GMS) in the UK. He is also a member of the GMS Global Board, holding the role of Global Head of Markets.
Chris brings 27 years of Global Mobility Services expertise, gained in both accountancy firms and in-house financial services roles. He has spearheaded significant transformation initiatives, including expatriate policy reviews, offshore and outsource projects, cost reduction strategies, and the implementation of key technology solutions like assignment lifecycle and incentive compensation compliance tools. Chris’ unique perspective enables him to advise clients on strategic planning, change management, and operational delivery for cross-border workforces, offering valuable insights into internal challenges. He possesses extensive knowledge of managing large UK payrolls for financial services organisations, including establishing and operating outsourcing and offshoring models.
