Having spent time both in practice and industry, Tim is experienced in providing commercial and proactive tax advice. With clients ranging from large owner managed businesses to listed PLCs (both AIM and FTSE) and multinational groups, Tim has advised across numerous areas of tax including mergers and acquisition, full and AIM listings, international tax matters, UK statutory compliance and strategic funding.
