Sergey started his career in audit and has been a Deal Advisory professional advising on capital market transactions since 2010. He has advised on a wide range of domestic and cross border transactions involving acquisitions, disposals and IPOs on the London Stock Exchange, other European and US exchanges.
Sergey has an extensive experience of large cross-border transactions with a UK capital markets element, including work for FTSE 100 companies. He also works closely with the KPMG Deal Advisory energy and natural resources group to support clients in oil and gas and mining sectors.
