Sam is based in KPMG’s London office and leads the central Early Options (Accelerated mergers & acquisitions (M&A)) team.
Sam specialises in advising boards and other stakeholders in special situations, particularly in the UK mid-market. He helps clients explore the available sale, refinance and restructuring options to help them decide on the most appropriate route forward, as part of a structured process.
In addition, Sam supports KPMG’s Head of early options (Accelerated M&A) and has responsibility for service development, building relationships with our investor network and supporting regional deal teams.
Sam has worked across a diverse range of sectors with significant experience in: retail, manufacturing, construction, hospitality and leisure, financial and business services.
