      Marc became Chief People Officer on 1 January 2026. He is a member of the UK Executive Leadership team for KPMG LLP, responsible for the firm’s people strategy.

      Marc has spent his career advising clients and supporting KPMG teams to successfully enable increasingly mobile employee populations. Marc started his career in Global Mobility Services for KPMG in Australia followed by 8 years with KPMG in Switzerland. He relocated to London to lead the UK Global Mobility Services practice in 2011 before becoming the Head of Global Mobility Services in 2016. 

      During his career Marc has taken an active interest in the development of people, as Partner sponsor for KPMG’s C-Suite leadership development client programme since 2020, and nurturing and growing teams distributed across more than 100 countries. In 2017, Marc established an exclusive peer group of 25 of the world’s leading Global Mobility professionals to equip them with access to experts, skills development and practice real world solutions. The group continues to grow and develop leading thinking in areas including hybrid working, talent marketplace and crisis response.

      Marc is also a thought leader in a number of areas, regularly speaking on the Future of Work, Trends in Global Talent Movement and Reward Strategies. He is a long-term mentor to KPMG Apprentices, supporting Black Heritage colleagues’ development, and mentors high potential female talent under a client cross-mentorship programme. Marc has also been Partner sponsor of KPMG’s Wildlife conservation network since 2021.
