He has been with KPMG Luxembourg for 16 years and has a wide range of experience in international taxation, cross-border tax planning and executing complex multi-jurisdictional investments. Giuliano also has broad expertise in advising on and implementing private equity structures, including the set-up and funding of Luxembourg acquisition structures and repatriation of profit to investors.
