Sarah is a Partner in KPMG’s Consulting practice and Head of Consulting for the Reading & South Coast region. She works with established corporates and ambitious scale ups to navigate complex transformation – linking capital deployment, operating model change and technology modernisation to sustainable value creation.
Previously, Sarah worked in Corporate Finance for 18 years, advising founders and leadership teams on venture transactions with structured funds, family offices, private equity and strategic investors. She now focuses on post deal value and growth acceleration across the London Regions and South-Central England.
Sarah also champions women led businesses through KPMG’s Founded by Her network, reflecting her commitment to inclusive, high impact entrepreneurship and leadership.
