She began her career in Australia with a leading accounting firm before moving into finance and banking roles in London and New York. She subsequently joined KPMG Management Consulting, where she has led complex operational, finance transformation, and product control transformation programmes for major financial services clients. Based in the UK, Li-Ching combines deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and practical delivery experience to help clients navigate change and deliver sustainable improvements across global finance functions.
Her recent experience includes leading the Finance Transformation Centres of Excellence for the global firm, shaping thought leadership, delivery assets, and market propositions that enable clients to operate more effectively. She has also played a key role in designing and mobilising practical solutions across finance operating models, process improvement, product control, and technology-enabled transformation, helping organisations strengthen control, improve transparency, and enhance the efficiency of their finance operations.
