James is an operations deal specialist, skilled in preserving and creating value in transactions, by linking operational performance to financial value.
James helps Corporate and Private Equity clients, particularly in industrial manufacturing, energy and other heavy asset businesses, to carve out business divisions and integrate new acquisitions. He also provides separation and operations due diligence services to identify operational challenges pre-deal, quantifying the financial implications and identifying mitigations.
With extensive international experience, James works primarily with senior management teams, as well as being comfortable working with front line personnel on the shop floor.
Prior to joining the I&S team, James led long-term transformation programmes for oil and gas and chemicals sector clients, leading large teams to deliver benefits from operational improvement to the bottom line.
