Fiona has over 15 years’ experience working with Financial Services clients to create and deliver strategic business change, driven by cost and value, regulatory, and M&A change.
This experience has involved integrated change across the operating model to optimise structures and capabilities, streamline and simplify end-to-end processes and evolve organisational ways of working. Fiona has also performed Transformation and Business Change roles in industry.
Fiona uses her transformation experience, industry knowledge and coaching and leadership skills to ensure that complex programmes are supported from the Board and Executive through to the teams on the ground and deliver the intended business outcomes.
