- Deal lifecycle journeys, primarily through integrations, separations/carve-outs, Joint Ventures, and IPO’s.
- Transformation delivery and implementation programmes
Dami has supported clients across a wide range of sectors, and has worked with a variety of corporates and private equity companies
to identify and mitigate risk considerations; as well as provide insights and guidance into areas and opportunities for value enhancement.
Dami leads our Strategy Group’s Tech M&A – Cyber proposition in the UK, working with companies to assess their existing security controls, behaviours and best practices, and subsequently identify and mitigate the key cyber security complexities that could impact not just the deal process and valuation, but long term business operation.
