KPMG in Ukraine acted as financial and tax advisor to u.ventures in connection with its investment in Cargofy, an AI-driven logistics platform automating freight operations across Europe, the United States and Central Asia.
As part of this deal support, KPMG undertook financial and tax due diligence.

The investment in Cargofy represents a strong addition to u.ventures’ portfolio, further strengthening its exposure to the AI segment
Cargofy is an AI-powered logistics platform that deploys digital workers to automate freight operations for carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs), handling tasks such as dispatching, carrier communication, and document processing. Since 2023, the company has also operated Cargohub, an AI-driven freight procurement platform that automates tendering, bidding, carrier sourcing, and shipment tracking for enterprise shippers. The company plans to use the newly raised capital to strengthen its U.S. sales operations, expand its international team, and enter new markets, including Brazil, Mexico, and the Middle East.
