KPMG in Ukraine acted as financial, tax, and compliance advisor to Uklon in the acquisition of E-Wings, a Ukrainian electric scooter operator.
As part of this deal support, KPMG undertook financial, tax and compliance due diligence.

E-Wings is a Lviv-based Ukrainian micromobility operator providing electric scooter rental services across 11 cities in Ukraine with a fleet of approximately 3,000 scooters. The transaction strengthens the position of Uklon in the micromobility segment and broadens its range of transportation services.
