In accordance with legislation of Ukraine on personal data protection, I unequivocally and voluntarily consent and permit Limited Liability Company “KPMG Ukraine” and/or Private Joint-Stock company 'KPMG Audit' and/or ATTORNEYS ASSOCIATION ''KPMG LAW UKRAINE'' (the "Company") to perform any action or combination of actions, wholly or in part, in the information (automated) system and/or in file cabinet (hereinafter referred to as "processing") of all personal data transferred by me and provided in the subscription form and/or e-mail and/or otherwise provided by me including consent to cross-border transfer and transfer to third parties authorized by the Company to provide IT support of the subscription monitoring service and/or to KPMG International Limited member firms for the purpose of distribution of industry-specific materials and/or other information related to the Company's activities by means of electric communication networks, including by email, SMS, phone.

I hereby certify that there is no restriction on the right to process the personal data transferred by me to the Company, as well as my voluntary consent to use such personal data by the Company, granting the right to process and access the Company's representatives and the abovementioned third parties for the above purposes for the period necessary to achieve the objective of processing or until the withdrawal of my consent.

I am also aware that at any time I may request and/or change my personal data being at the Company’s disposal, as well as withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data by emailing the Company at dataprivacy@kpmg.ua.

I agree that the Company will not notify me individually on transfer of my personal data to third parties and/or on changes of my personal data and/or on deletion thereof. The change and/or destruction of my personal data will be carried out by the Company on the basis of my individual query at the above address.
