Oleg Neplyakh

Oleg has over 10 years of experience in the investment business and corporate finance.

Before joining KPMG Oleg worked in a number of investment companies in Ukraine. As head of research, strategy and asset manager Oleg was involved in determining the investment strategy and management of pension and corporate funds as well as a range of individual investment portfolios.

Oleg joined KPMG in 2012. He has gained extensive experience in financial analysis. Oleg has participated in issue of corporate bonds, preparation for public offering, M&A transactions, debt restructuring and debt financing. He advised companies on fund raising, provided recommendations to such companies regarding improvements (reporting, financial, management) aimed at enhancement of bankability of their business. His work was focused on financial modelling, business plan and valuation.
