Yulia brings more than 20 years of professional experience in audit and accounting advisory services to KPMG, where she has successfully led a number of complex financial statement audits prepared under IFRS, UNAS, and US GAAP for major financial institutions and industrial enterprises in Ukraine. Yulia has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having managed audits of the largest banks in Ukraine to ensure their compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Yulia has also been involved in leading asset quality reviews for banks and related engagements.
In addition to audits, Yulia has provided accounting advisory services, guiding clients through complex financial reporting issues and regulatory requirements.
Yulia undertook a long‑term secondment with the EMA Risk Management team from 2022–2024, where she was responsible for performing audit quality reviews and providing regional oversight across multiple jurisdictions. She is also a member of the CEE Department of Professional Practice, supervising the application of audit and accounting guidance in Ukraine and ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.
