Andrii has been a member of KPMG Law Ukraine’s professional team since 2020, providing comprehensive legal support to Ukrainian and international clients. His main areas of expertise include corporate law and M&A, civil and commercial law, and dispute resolution.
Andrii advises clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance matters, with a focus on supporting clients in preparing production sharing agreements and joint operating agreements in the oil and gas sector. His experience also includes conducting legal due diligence, participating in negotiations, and drafting transactional documentation governed by both Ukrainian and English law.
Andrii is also involved in representing clients in sophisticated commercial disputes before the courts of Ukraine.
Andrii has also been engaged in projects implemented in cooperation with governmental institutions, focusing on aligning Ukraine’s defence and industrial sectors with EU requirements and standards.
Andrii’s industry expertise covers the agribusiness, defence, oil and gas, manufacturing, IT, and automotive industries.
