A hot summer is coming. And not just because of the temperatures. It is also due to the announced legislative changes, which are still under discussion and changing from one day to the next. What is also keeping us alert is the accelerating integration of artificial intelligence into work processes. This is making the role played by HR departments more challenging with each passing day. Automation comes with great promises, but amid these transformations, the human factor must remain in control. Because this summer, technology is accelerating too. But the direction must remain in our hands.
