Ori Efraim

Ori manages our Israeli Desk in KPMG in Romania's Audit Department. He is also heading up our real-estate line of business and has extensive experience of managing and carrying out audits, quarterly reviews and IPO-related works for the TASE and the Israeli Securities Authority, to support the clients’ financials and prospectus of the financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS, Israeli and US GAAP. He has strong skills in developing and managing a team to deliver quality services. Ori has managed hundreds of audit engagements, coordinating various teams of professionals, while working for both Romanian and international companies. Having worked in Romania since 2005, Ori is very familiar with the Romanian business environment. He holds a Business Administration B.A. degree, is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA - Israel) and is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR), of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR), as well as of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Israel. Ori's main specialization is in real estate, manufacturing, retail and telecommunication.
