Adela Ciucioi

Adela is the Head of Audit for KPMG in Romania and Moldova, where she leads a team of more than 300 professionals providing audit and assurance services to a wide range of both domestic and multinational clients across a large spectrum of sectors. Starting in 2001, Adela has had a career in KPMG spanning several sectors, such as technology, media, industrial manufacturing, retail, infrastructure and services. She has led several audit innovation initiatives, locally and regionally, and also acted as KPMG CEE Audit Innovation leader in the past. Adela inspires teams to seek tailored solutions to respond to increased demands from the local market. She is passionate about refinement of the role of the audit and finance professional in our market, building on the auditor’s fundamental mission to provide public trust, an essential pillar for the development of the economy and society as a whole. Adela’s broad vision, contribution to developing our people and commitment to the future of the audit profession make her a unique leader in our local practice.
