Raluca has joined the KPMG Partnership while retaining her role as leader of KPMG’s EU Tax Centre group for the EMA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. With more than 19 years of experience, Raluca supports clients and KPMG member firms in understanding the complexities of European tax law and assessing the impact of European and international tax developments on their operations across Europe. She leads KPMG’s network of European Union tax law specialists and analyzes how EU Member States implement key EU and OECD initiatives.
Raluca frequently represents KPMG in its engagement with European institutions, with a particular focus on anti-abuse measures and tax transparency initiatives. She is also a member of the leadership group that coordinates KPMG’s global network of international tax and deal tax (M&A) specialists.
