In search for the best asset management practices, Standard PAS 55 was developed. International Asset Management Institute and KPMG as the Institute partner, developed corresponding Standard - ISO 5500x. The standard defines how the whole company should look at its assets and make decisions about their use in the whole life-cycle, using three perspectives: efficiency (productivity), expenses (both CAPEX and OPEX) and risk (business continuity).
