As NIS2 implementation continues to accelerate across Europe and the Dutch Cyberbeveiligingswet (Cbw) moves closer to entry into force, organisations must shift their focus from interpretation to execution. Based on our experience supporting organisations across sectors, we see the same practical challenges emerge: defining scope, managing supply-chain dependencies, assigning accountability, operationalising incident reporting and preparing evidence for supervisory scrutiny.
