On Thursday, June 25, 2026, KPMG will host an open Masterclass on the theme  “Zero Person Company”. This session will be held in English and is open to both clients and KPMG colleagues.

Subject

KPMG continues to invest in emerging AI technologies, with a strong focus on how autonomous systems are reshaping organizations, governance and accountability.

A standout initiative in this area is the “Zero Person Company” experiment, led by Sander Klous, KPMG Partner and Professor of AI & Audit at the University of Amsterdam. This pioneering research explores a provocative question: what happens when an organization is run by AI agents, with humans providing oversight rather than execution.

In this open Masterclass, Sander Klous will share the most important lessons and unique insights from the experiment so far: highlighting what works, where AI reaches its limits and what this means for control, responsibility, ethics and trust. Expect a thought‑provoking session for anyone interested in the future of organizations in an AI‑driven world.
