Luuk Versluis is a Partner within KPMG People & Transformation. He supports organizations through large-scale transformations where strategic decisions only create value when they translate into tangible results in day-to-day operations. For this reason, he consistently connects design and decision-making to execution through clear leadership, strong programme governance, and a continuous focus on the people side of change. His approach is pragmatic and results-oriented: finding the right analytical solution is essential, but it is only successful when it is effectively implemented and delivers impact in practice.

During his early career as a strategy consultant, Luuk gained extensive experience in transformation and change management across a wide range of industries. Major merger and integration programmes in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and energy provided an important foundation for his expertise. In addition, he worked on numerous strategy engagements in other industries, giving him a broad perspective and a high degree of adaptability.

He subsequently held management positions within hospitals, where he gained first-hand experience of the responsibilities that come with executive accountability in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and significant societal impact. He then spent nearly a decade working as an advisor in the healthcare sector. This extensive experience within a single industry has given him a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and sector-specific challenges. In large-scale transformation programmes, this enables him to provide focused leadership, strengthen collaboration, and drive the sustainable realization of results. At KPMG, he now leverages this unique combination of experiences to support transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors.
