Director at KPMG Digital acting on the intersection of business and IT with a broad experience with different business and IT transformations. I am the go-to person to when clients need help with the design, execution and advising of large and complex end-to-end digital transformations in an Agile manner. I thereby act in the trusted advisor role to board and management, I act in the role as transition manager and managing a transformation management office actually performing the setup and execution of the transformation, and I also act in a Quality Assurance role. Next to that I act on strategic level by supporting clients with developing their digital strategy, translating (digital) strategy into digital initiatives to improve efficiency and operational excellence, and advize on the organizational (agile) requirements and technical possibilities to successfully realize these digital initiatives.
