Marlies has extensive Corporate Finance experience on the interface between Public and Private. Her focus is on M&A advice, complex valuations and financial structuring. She is active in the public sector, specifically with regard to investment issues in companies with services of public interest. She advises various ministries and municipalities, shareholders of public companies and companies with public shareholders. Marlies started at KPMG in 2012 and before that worked for a number of years as a civil servant at the Ministry of Finance.
