      Stefanie is Director within the Finance and Business Services Advisory team. Her primary expertise lies in the domain of Finance Transformation, focused on transforming to future-proof (digital) Finance functions and processes. She has more than 11 years of experience in designing and implementing Finance functions in an integrated way (looking at the full Target Operating Model: organization structures, processes, technology, people & skills, and governance). As she has strong transformative skills, she has also built and led several multifunctional Business Services transformations (incl. e.g. HR, Procurement) and for example centralization or cost saving projects. While she has done many assignment in both national and international context, recent years she shifted her focus towards the public sector. Stefanie utilizes her hands-on mindset, analytical capabilities and communication skills to make a lasting impact together with her team. She gets energy from helping organizations with their impactful transformations, especially those that are complex and require a strong conceptual mind, functional expertise and change management skills.
