He is highly experienced in assessing, designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions. Joost is an expert in software quality, development environments, software architectures, technology selection, and integration. In various roles, Joost has contributed to successful ICT projects, combining his technical expertise with domain knowledge and an understanding of political dynamics. He has a strong understanding of the evolution of ICT systems and extensive experience across all phases of that evolution—from concept to decommissioning.
