Wiecher Dalebout is a Senior Manager at KPMG Advisory, specializing in digital process excellence and AI-driven transformation. He supports large public sector and private organizations in modernizing and future proofing their core processes, including large Dutch ministries, pension funds, financial institutions and global technology companies.
He combines a strong academic background in economics, finance and data science with extensive hands on experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, process optimization and intelligent automation. Wiecher brings international experience from KPMG Australia, where he worked within the Powered, Data & AI team. He frequently acts as engagement manager and trusted advisor to senior leadership on complex transformation programs.
