Katja joined KPMG in 2013 and works as an investigator within the Forensic team. She has extensive experience conducting fact-finding investigations into processes, behaviour, and financial records. Whether these investigations are person-oriented or not, they often involve complex stakeholder landscapes and are of sensitive nature. In addition, Katja regularly performs fraud risk management engagements, including data-driven fraud risk assessments. Where appropriate, she leverages emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance the quality and efficiency of her engagements.
