We are delighted to invite you to the KPMG AI Institute, delivered by the world-class faculty of London Business School. The KPMG AI Institute is an intensive leadership programme for senior leaders driving AI-led transformation. The programme lasts 1.5 days and takes place at London Business School, preceded by a virtual session. It offers practical insight into the implications of AI for strategy, governance and leadership. Academic insights, real-world case studies and dialogue with peers will help you translate AI developments into well-informed strategic decisions.

The programme consists of one virtual Engage & Connect session (two weeks prior to the in-person programme), to which all participants are invited to attend via London Business School.

The 1.5-day in-person programme on the London Business School campus runs from 08:30 on day 1 to 14:00 on day 2.

Optionally, on the evening before the programme begins, participants can join a welcome drink at around 21:00 in the hotel bar.

• Strengthen your AI leadership: Gain strategic insight into how AI is reshaping organizations, markets, and value creation. Including what it takes to lead AI-driven transformation (mindset, governance, capabilities, operating model).
• Understand the future organization: Explore the rise of the agentic AI organization and the new interaction models and leadership roles it requires.
• Learn with peers in a trusted setting: Reflect and exchange with senior peers in a high-trust environment focused on real strategic and organizational challenges.

The fee is EUR 2495 per participant, excluding VAT. This fee covers participation in the full academic and learning program but does not include accommodation or travel expenses, which remain the responsibility of each participant. Participants are kindly requested to arrange their own hotel accommodation.

We recommend booking this hotel, as it is conveniently located near London Business School and the restaurant where we will be dining together on the first day.

The invoicing process for the KPMG AI Institute will be managed directly by London Business School, and participants will receive their invoice from LBS following registration. You will receive the detailed program and all additional practical information well in advance of the program.
