EU Directive 2019-1160 Transposition Update - Greece
The EU Directive 2019/1160 has entered into force in Greece with the adoption of the Law 4920/2022 as published in the Government Gazette (issue 74/15.04.2022) without additional gold-plating. The transposition led to the amendment of the Laws 4099/2012 and 4209/2013. A local agent is thus no longer required in Greece. The language for the fulfilment of facilities services is to be in either Greek or English.
