Solenne will dive into banking transformation, focusing on the rise of fintech, CVC and innovative models. She’ll share what’s working in partnerships between banks and fintech and address ongoing challenges such as legacy systems and scaling technology. Drawing from her Finscale podcast and industry conversations, Solenne will share how leaders navigate change, and the lessons learned.

Emanuele Vignoli, an experienced banker with over 25 years in the financial sector across several roles, is the current CEO of HSBC franchise in Luxembourg.

Doris Engel, EVP & CFO at Spuerkeess, has over 20 years of banking expertise spanning finance, markets, and operations, with a focus on sustainability and resilience.

Sébastien Respaut, Country Lead of Microsoft Luxembourg, has over 15 years of ICT experience, with extensive expertise in driving innovation and growth, particularly in the banking sector.

Anne-Sophie Mauffrey, Head of Marketing at Banque Raiffeisen, has extensive experience in Go-To-Market strategies to enhance visibility and awareness, maximizing sales leads. 

Lars Weber is the VP and Head of the Business Unit for Non-Financial Risk Management at Spuerkeess, where he also serves as the Information Security Officer.

Dennis Razen, Tax Manager and Head of Unit Corporate Tax at Clearstream, has more than 10 years of experience in domestic and international taxation.

Frédéric Jadoul, Tax Manager at Clearstream, specializes in delivering continuous compliance and advisory services to global financial entities.
