Nadine is a Director within our Corporate & Accounting Services at KPMG Luxembourg and leads the corporate secretary team, ensuring smooth and effective communication within the organization. She has over 26 years of experience in wealth and financial engineering services, notably as a corporate secretary within renowned private banks and companies in Luxembourg's financial sector (including a Luxembourg Big Four), where she honed her expertise in corporate governance. As a trusted and reliable point of contact, Nadine provides a privileged interface between internal and external stakeholders. She is also a member of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).
