      Sacha Thill is a Partner in People, Tax & Reward Services at KPMG Luxembourg and serves as the EMA Lead for Reward Advisory Services. He has extensive experience in reward advisory services, combining expertise in executive compensation, equity-based incentives, regulatory remuneration and private client tax structuring. In today’s increasingly complex and regulated business environment, rewards play a central role. He helps organizations design and implement compensation and incentive strategies that attract, retain and motivate talent, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance expectations and regulatory requirements. 

      Furthermore, Sacha co-leads KPMG Luxembourg’s Family Office & Private Clients services, with a focus on Family Governance and patrimonial affairs.
